Impact Hub Amman closes - 31/01/2025

Impact Hub Amman has always been a convener for driving the inclusion and equality agenda of the Impact Hub Network in Jordan. After 3+ years of nurturing a vibrant entrepreneurial community, Impact Hub Amman will be closing its doors. The team has made the decision to transition away from the Impact Hub Network, focusing instead on supporting the impact entrepreneurial ecosystem in new and evolving ways. While this chapter comes to an end, the spirit of collaboration, innovation, and impact that shaped Impact Hub Amman will continue to live on through the many entrepreneurs, changemakers, and organisations it has brought together.

Since its founding, Impact Hub Amman has been committed to cultivating a thriving ecosystem for entrepreneurs and changemakers in Jordan. As part of the global Impact Hub network, they have created a collaborative space that has empowered early-stage entrepreneurs through incubation, mentorship, events and tailored services. From running the Social Impact Award program to support young social entrepreneurs, to launching the Women in Impact program to empower female founders, they have strived to create meaningful opportunities for underrepresented voices in the ecosystem. Beyond direct support for startups, they have also engaged in ecosystem-wide consultancy projects—working with key stakeholders, from governmental bodies to international organisations, to enhance and align support services for change-makers at a holistic level.

With several Impact Hubs, the Middle East remains a key region for the Impact Hub network, and many committed Impact Hub teams throughout the region are continuing to establish multi-city programs around capacity building, convening of stakeholders, entrepreneurial acceleration and scaling for impact ventures.
